Imogene E. Vermillion Obituary (1921 - 2016)

Imogene E. Vermillion, 95, of Pana, died Friday, October 14, 2016 at Heritage HealthPana. She was born April 10, 1921 in Lakewood, IL, daughter of the late Melvin William & Coreen (Stephens) Finks. She had lived her entire life in the Pana area and was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing bingo and traveling with the Pana Senior Citizens Center, where she was a member. Imogene Finks and Rodell Lee Vermillion were united in marriage in August 1945. He preceded her in death in 1975. She is survived by her children: Sharon Rogers & husband Danny, Kingwood, TX; Laura Crain & husband Ronnie, Rockwall, TX; and Donna Ross & husband Shaun, Granbury, TX; grandchildren: Joseph, Angela, Kevin, Chad, Jordan; great grandchildren: Joseph Jr., Paige, Bailley, Brooklyn, Brenna, Bella, Courtney, Dyllan, Emmersynn; and sister: Betty Cloe, Beecher City, IL . She was also preceded by sisters: Beulah and brother, Joseph. Funeral Information Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Dave Altman officiating. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery, Pana. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until service time in the funeral home. Casket Bearers: Dan Rogers.
