Patsy M. Roberts Obituary (1940 - 2018)

Patsy M. Roberts, 77, of Pana passed away Friday, May 11, 2018 in Prairie Rose Health Care Center, Pana. She was born November 13, 1940 in Ash Grove, Shelby County, IL to the late Joseph & Sadie (Lieby) Steele. Patsy was a homemaker and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary in Litchfield and was of the Protestant Free Methodist faith. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoyed liquid embroidery, scrapbooking, reading, puzzle books, but most of all she loved her children & grandchildren. Patsy married Andy Clutter and they later divorced. She then married Francis Roberts on May 11, 1968 in Decatur. He preceded her in death on October 19, 1991. She is survived by her children: Debbie (Carl) Curto, Litchfield, IL; Lou Burrus and the late Greg Burrus, Pana, IL; Tonja Sheddan, Pana, IL; step children: Betty Jacobs, Carolyn Roberts, Sandra (Mike) Russell, John Roberts; 16 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and brother, Tom (Nell) Steele, Decatur, IL. She was also preceded in death by a son, Raymond Clutter in infancy; great grandchildren: Keith & Ellaina Emerson; brothers: Bill Steele & Ray Steele and 3 siblings in infancy. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Harry Kirk officiating. Graveside services will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery, Litchfield. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 15, 2018 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorials in Patsy's honor may be made to Prairie Rose Health Care Center or Juvenile Diabetes Association.
