Sharon K. Dilley Obituary (1943 - 2020)

Sharon K. Dilley, 77, of Pana passed away Monday, November 16, 2020 in Pana Community Hospital. She was born April 18, 1943 in Pana, daughter of the late Antone & Esther (Seitz) Burdzilauskas. Sharon married Raymond "Ray" Dilley on November 25, 1961 in St. Paul Lutheran Church, Pana. He preceded her in death on July 27, 2018. Sharon was a graduate of Pana High School, Class of 1962 and had worked at Firestone & Qik-n-Ez. She was a past member of Pana Eagles #4109, was an active member of the Pana Senior Center and enjoyed ceramics. Sharon is survived by her children: Rhonda (Reggie) Eller, Ramsey, IL; Kelly Darsham, Pana, IL; Bart (Christina) Dilley, Tower Hill, IL; 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild and brother, Richard Burdzilauskas. She was also preceded in death by her son-in-law, Rick Darsham; great granddaughter, Wren Carter Cox and siblings: Josephine Secrest, Robert Burdzilauskas, Mary Brown, Shirley Snow, Darwin Burdzilauskas, Nolan Burdzilauskas, Rollie Burdzilauskas, Tony Burdzilauskas. Funeral service for Sharon will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2020 in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with Earl Baker officiating. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery, Pana. Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until service time in the funeral home. Memorials in Sharon's honor may be made to the Pana Senior Center and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
